Watershed Plans
What is a Watershed? A watershed is an area of land that drains all the streams and rainfall to a common outlet such as a reservoir, mouth of a bay, or a point along a stream channel.
What is a One Watershed, One Plan? The vision for One Watershed, One Plan is to align local water planning on major watershed boundaries with state strategies towards prioritized, targeted, and measurable implementation plans – the next logical step in the evolution of water planning in Minnesota.
